She never lost faith and she never gave up finding new solutions to help sell the home. Tricia opened up her network of suppliers and engaged at a level well beyond what I would have expected. She was a pleasure to work with and always acted in our best interests. I believe that the net result is that we maximized the return on the sale of our home through her efforts.

This is my fourth home that I have bought and sold and she has, by far, been the best realtor I have worked with. She identified houses that met my requirements, arranged showing to work within my schedule, got quotes on repairs, identified areas of concern during walk throughs, and always made herself available.
